YARD SIGN We offer 7 ounce and 13 ounce digitally printed vinyl billboards. All vinyl is black backed to prevent light transmission.

A standard billboard would have a 6” bleed inclusive of a 3” pocket on all sides. For example a standard 14’ x 48’ bulletin would have a 6” bleed inclusive of a 3” pocket on each side making the finished size 15’ x 49’. When ordering enter the live size (14’ x 48’) and 6” bleed and 3” pocket.
Bleed is image material extending beyond the billboard structures live area. Bleed is wrapped around the structure edges for install.
Pole pockets are sleeves that are welded on all sides to allow a pole to slide through. Traditionally these poles are tightened to the structure with ratchet straps. Pole pockets do not add to the size of the billboard.

We accept Photoshop and Illustrator files as well as high resolution pdf, tiff, jpg etc. Art should be designed @ a scale of 1" = 1' @ 300 dpi. Convert all text to outline paths. Use PMS pantone colors whenever possible, if not must use CMYK colors.

Most billboard orders ship in 3 business days from order submission or proof approval. We offer an express print option which takes the turnaround time down to 2 business days. This express upgrade is only 7.5¢ per square foot (with a minimum of $15). Turn around times are never guaranteed and may vary slightly depending on current print load. Additional services such as HQ printing, custom finishing or grommets may add additional finishing time. Ground shipping times are:
Standard orders ship ground to the Continental United States for a flat rate of 12¢ per square foot for 7oz vinyl billboards and 15¢ per square foot for 13oz vinyl billboards (with a minimum of $25). Overnight shipping is available on standard orders to the Continental United States for a flat rate of 35¢ per square foot (with a minimum of $100).
The short run fee helps us recover processing, finishing, administrative and shipping costs on smaller jobs. This fee is applied to orders under 287 square feet. Our low pricing structure is based off our production ability of 3,800 square feet per hour.
Our printed vinyl is guaranteed for twelve (12) months against fading in excess of 15%. We do not cover material damage caused by improper installation or storage.
Store them the same way they were shipped. Never fold and store with ink touching ink.
No. We don’t offer local pickup availability. Orders are boxed and shipped immediately after finishing, no orders will be stored for local pickup.

We offer 4mm and 6mm full color printed coroplast signage fully printed to the edge on both sides
Vertical flutes are needed for H stake install. If the vertical flute option is not selected, your yard sign may be produced with either vertical or horizontal flutes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will get horizontal flutes. IF this is required, please email us first before placing your order to confirm if it can be accommodated.

Ensure the file matches the product’s required dimensions. Ensure that the artwork is created in CMYK 300 dpi with 1/16 inch bleeds on all sides.
Make sure that all images are embedded, and that all the text is outlined.
Export all files into PDF format with bleeds.
If you are using directional arrows on your signs. Your file should be 2 pages with each arrow pointing in the opposite direction
